Jayasudha Nepoleon - Chairperson & CEO

Jayasudha, has played a strategic role in transforming Jeevan into a global IT solution provider. She has rich experience in managing critical affairs of the entire corporate function. Jayasudha is associated with several key regulatory and Government bodies. Her prime strengths are enhancing client relationships, adopting new technologies and a proactive process-driven approach.

Under her vision and guidance Jeevan has evolved from a staffing firm to an end to end IT solution provider with a collaborative delivery model that spans onsite , offshore and offsite capabilities.

She holds a Masters in Business Management in Finance, had served in the capacity of CFO in Jeevan Technologies before she took over her current role as Chairwoman and Chief Executive Officer.

Suresh Periasami - Executive Director

Suresh founded the Jeevan enterprise in early 2000 and instrumental in diversifying Jeevan's geographical presence by creating centers in New Zealand, Malaysia, South Africa and USA. He envisioned Jeevan to play a significant role in IT Services and Product Engineering space which resulted in Jeevan getting into multiple domains and technologies.

He plays a critical role in developing the business, exploring newer opportunities, nurturing and managing client relationships, and formulating strategies for the future growth of the company.

He envisions the creation of a collaborative IT community, where everybody learns from each other and works collectively towards better prospects. Prior to founding Jeevan Technologies, Suresh was a Specialist Engineering Officer in the Indian Air Force for 13 years and holds Masters Degree in Aerodynamics from Airforce Technical College, India.
