Napoleon, the Founder and Chairman of Jeevan Group of Companies is a multi-faceted personality and is also the Chief Advisor on Strategy for the Jeevan Group. He is a very popular film actor, with a credit of having acted in more than 85 films in all the South Indian languages. He is also a leading politician and an active leader in Tamil Nadu. A graduate of St. Josephs College, Trichy - one of the premier educational institutions in South India - he is also an accomplished sportsman and an athlete. With a vision to globalize, he has played a major role in setting up the global offices of Jeevan Technologies in the USA, UK and South Africa.
Suresh Periasami - Chief Executive Officer
As a Founder of Jeevan Technologies, Suresh leads the company from the forefront in all its business strategies and operations. Suresh is directly involved in the delivery of many industry-specific software solutions in Education, Airlines, Banking, Insurance, Securities and Healthcare domains. Suresh is actively involved in business development, nurturing and managing client relationships, in addition to managing the administration at Jeevan. His prime strengths are establishing client relationships, proactive process-driven approaches and adopting new technologies. Prior to founding Jeevan Technologies, Suresh was a Specialist Engineering Officer in the Indian Airforce for 13 years.
Naga Palanisamy- Director & CTO
Naga serves as the Regional Director for US, Canada and other American markets and is focused on business development and strategy through world-class customer service. Naga also holds the position of Chief Technology Officer for Jeevan at global level and heads the Technology Solutions and Application Services practice. Naga is responsible for Jeevan's quality and delivery capabilities including the Software Development Centers in India and USA. Naga brings in over 15 years of global IT experience. Prior to joining Jeevan, Naga was with BearingPoint (formerly known as KPMG Consulting) as a Senior Manager.
Stewart Baird - Regional Director ( NZ and SA )
As Regional Director for Australia, New Zealand and South Africa, Stewart Baird is focused on delivering world-class outcomes for clients throughout the southern hemisphere. He is involved in all aspects of business development and strategy for Jeevan Technologies to ensure client satisfaction and repeatability of results. Stewart comes to Jeevan from over 20 years in software development and engineering. He brings both technical and process expertise to each
engagement. Stewart also works at a global level to establish best practices in software development; his particular focus is leveraging Agile methodologies within Jeevan to achieve delivery success.
Sriram Gopalakrishnan - Chief Operating Officer
One of the founder members of Jeevan Technologies, Sriram is in charge of operations, business development and client relationships. He has proven experience in ramping up recruitment drives, contingency recruitment, forecasting and developing skill pipelines and resource management. Prior to formation of Jeevan, Sriram was a Specialist Engineering Officer in Indian the Airforce for 17+ years as a specialist in Russian Helicopters.
