• Project Manager : 8-10 years of experience in project management, with minimum of 4 years in managing a team of over 50 practitioners in offshore deliveries. Proficiency in Microsoft technologies is essential.
• Architect : 8-10 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft technologies. Over 4 years of experience in architecting and designing applications for Windows, Web and distributed architecture. Must have good knowledge in Design Patterns and Software Modeling.
• Project/Technical Lead : 5 - 7 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft technologies. Experience in designing and building applications based on distributed architecture is an added advantage.
• Software Engineer / Senior Software Engineer / Team Lead : 2 – 7 years of strong experience in application development using Microsoft technologies. Good knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, XML, XSLT, Web Services and SQL Server 2005 is a must. Knowledge of Microsoft .NET 3.0 is an added advantage.
• Software Engineer (Location: United States) : To analyze user requirements, design & develop software applications using a variety of technologies. MS req'd or BS+5yrs exp may be substituted. Any combination of foreign edu. equivalent to a Bachelors or Masters degree will be acceptable.

• QA Manager : 7 - 10 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and testing. Strong experience in manual and automated testing is essential. Experience in Automated Testing using Mercury tools, Win Runner, Load Runner and QTP. Must have experience in setting QA processes and must have prior experience in leading a team..
• Test Engineer / Senior Test Engineer : 2 – 7 years of experience in manual and automated testing. Experience in Automated Testing using Mercury tools, Win Runner, Load Runner and QTP.
• SQL Server DBA : 3 – 5 years experience in installation, upgrade and maintenance of database software. Must be able to create and configure database servers, databases and database objects. Hands-on experience in backup and recovery of database is a must.
• Senior Technical Writer : 3 – 5 years of experience in handling documentation activities. Experience with documentation tools like RoboHelp is an added advantage.
• Sales and Marketing Executive : 2 – 4 years of experience in Sales and Marketing with excellent communication skills and flexibility to work under different time zones. Knowledge of software and technologies is an added advantage. A team player who can contribute to strategy and planning activities, as well as develop and maintain customer accounts.
• IT Recruiter : 2 – 3 years of experience in IT recruitment services. Basic knowledge of software sourcing needs are essential. Experience in sourcing, screening and coordinating in hiring are essential. Must have good written and oral communication skills. Contract negotiation skill is an added advantage.
• Front Office Executive : 1-2 years of experience in vendor management, visitor area and facilities management. Good communication skills, pleasant personality and interpersonal skills.
